FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • We want you to love your purchase! While we don’t offer returns on orders, we are committed to assisting you if any issues arise.

Damaged products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or transit issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 24 hours. We're here to help!
  • Please note that an opening or unboxing video of the parcel from beginning till end is a must for you in order to ask for a replacement of product.
  • We will get the damaged item picked from the original address.
  • Once the product reaches to us, we’ll replace and dispatch the same product you ordered.
  • In any case if that item is out of stock, don’t worry! We’ll issue a refund in the form of coupon code as soon as we receive the returned package. 

 

Quick Reminder

  • In case of damaged item, please let us know within 24 hours from receiving the order so we can help you out. After that time, we won't be able to take complaints.
  • To report any missing items, it is essential to document the unboxing process with a video from beginning to end. This documentation will assist us in addressing the issue with the logistics company in the event of any theft during transit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Customers are welcome to cancel their orders as long as the product has not yet shipped or dispatched. 
  • Once the product has been dispatched, we will not be able to accept cancellations.
  • If your order is successfully cancelled, we will issue a refund, though please note that shipping fees will be deducted.
  • Additionally, any taxes related to the cancellation will be your responsibility.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Non-Offer Products:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are permitted within 24 hours of receipt of your order
  • To initiate the exchange process, please contact us via email at desk.eliora@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at +91-9220148577, providing your order number.

 

Exchange Process:

  • To complete the exchange, the customer must return the product (earrings or necklace) to the following address within 2 days
  • It is important that the product is securely packaged with bubble wrap and includes the original invoice.
  • Product must be in the original condition (unused) with tags intact.
  • We do not have pick up facility so the pick up will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.
  • Coupon code will be issued only after the exchanged product passes our quality check.

 

Shipping Costs:
The customer assumes responsibility for all shipping expenses incurred when returning the product for exchange and the new shipment.

 

Result

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a coupon code will be issued for the equivalent value of the returned merchandise
  • The coupon code will be provided within 7 business days and may be utilized for future purchases at your discretion.
