How long will my order take to arrive?
Curious about your order delivery?
Here’s what you need to know:
- Metro Cities (like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, and more): Your delivery will be at your doorstep in just 2-3 days!
- Tier 2 Cities: Expect your package to arrive in 3-4 days!
- Rest of India: You'll receive your order within 4-6 days from the day your order is shipped.
- Express Delivery: Need it fast? Enjoy rapid delivery in 48-72 hours!(Applicable in select areas, but please note that we can’t guarantee this timeframe.)

Once your package is marked as 'Out for Delivery', our logistics partner will give you a call to confirm the delivery time.

What if I miss receiving my order?
Don’t worry if you miss your order delivery! We’ve got your back with three delivery attempts before it heads back to our warehouse, giving you another chance to receive your package. Our dedicated team will reach out to you if needed, so stay tuned!
For any prepaid orders that aren’t delivered, we’ll gladly reship it for you, but please note there will be an additional shipping fee of ₹125 to be covered by you.
If you decide to cancel your order, we’ll provide you with a refund coupon code after deducting the ‘to and fro’ shipping charges of ₹250.

What to do if my package looks open or tampered with?
If you notice that your package has been opened or tampered with, please refuse the shipment immediately.
